About
Ever since I found myself mediating between two warring roommates in college, I always have been fascinated by why and how people disagree, and how they can work together. I have studied and worked on these types of issues for more than twenty years with various people in various situations.
Along the way, I have developed a fundamental belief that drives not just my work, but my entire life: managing difference is a skill that we can all improve upon.
